CHRIS E. STOUT, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and Founding Director of the Center for Global Initiatives. He served as the first Chief of Psychology for the State of Illinois, President of the Illinois Psychological Association, is a Life Member of the American Psychological Association and Fellow in three Divisions. He was formerly a Clinical Full Professor in the College of Medicine, University of Illinois, Chicago, and on the faculty of Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine.

TIMOTHY J. BRUCE, PH.D, is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

ARTHUR E. JONGSMA, JR., PH.D, created the bestselling Practice Planners series. He has provided professional mental health services to both inpatient and outpatient clients for approximately 50 years. He was the Founder and Director of Psychological Consultants, a group private practice in Michigan, for 25 years.
